I teamed up with Koh Samui based photographer Ton at Kireewong Foto for this beautiful Australian destination wedding in Thailand. The ceremony and gathering of friends too place at the sophisticated and simple Bandara Resort. After a beautiful golden hour wedding, Andrea and Eric’s family and friends gathered at the center of the resort for a beautiful lit meal and sharing of words. Andrea and Eric both gave an emotional speeches thanking friends and family for “flying halfway across the world for the best day of our lives.” As the night shifted to darkness, everyone gathered on the beach to send lanterns into the night sky. More than once or twice I overhead guests say, “this is just surreal,” “somebody pinch me,” and “how perfect.”
