Brooklyn Botanical Garden Wedding
Queer Non Binary Wedding Brooklyn
I’m finally sharing a selection of my favorite photos from Goldie and Dalia’s Brooklyn Botanical Garden Wedding! This wedding was almost completely documentary style, with only 10 minutes allotted for any formal portraits, I absolutely loved their choice to do this which gave them more time to enjoy with their family and friends. Here’s a short snippet of what Goldie and Dalia had to say about their Brooklyn Botanical Garden wedding:
‘”Our wedding came together as a vibrant party at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden, with food and drink and music and dancing and 172 guests (60% of whom were from out of town, with a large percentage of those being international). Being night owls, we chose to have the event in the evening. As the sun set, we danced down the aisle to applause and cheers as “Love is in the Air” played.
At one point during our short and sweet ceremony, we spontaneously and simultaneously started jumping up and down with sheer joy. Dancing among guests began immediately, and throughout the night staff had to make announcements for people to please be seated so food could actually be served and eaten. We smiled so much our faces hurt, and looking at these pictures now induces that same mirth.”
