The Inn at West Settlement Wedding

I love Catskills weddings, and while I normally don’t love rainy weddings, I loved this rainy foggy wedding. The weather provided the perfect light beautiful ceremony photos and portraits.

The Inn at West Settlement is my new favorite venue in the Catskills. Everything was organized so beautifully between the house, ceremony site, and the barn reception.

I think my favorite part of this whole wedding though, is the the story of how Michelle and Colin met. They saw each from across the bar at a night spot in Brooklyn. However, Colin was there with a girl who Michelle thought might be his girlfriend. She was so drawn to Colin though that she went home and posted a “missed connections” on Craigslist, but to her amazement, Colin had already posted one!

The rest is history. Thanks Michelle and Colin for choosing me to document this stunning day.
