This was actually a vow renewal rather than a wedding, and it couldn’t have been a more beautiful day. Sigrun and her husband recently moved to Park Slope Brooklyn, from Sweden and they wanted to renew their vows as a symbol of their new start, as well as to incorporate Jewish traditions that weren’t a part of their Swedish wedding. Their children, a Rabbi, and me were the only guests.
